1) In case of bad weather, you may cancel the tour or postpone the schedule. I will contact you in advance.

2) Milky Way night sky photo is only available during New moon phases without clouds. During full moon phases Milky Way starry night sky fades, however, photo shootings with moon light and silhouettes are available. Please let me know and confirm which style of images you are expecting.
Example photos are in the separate sheets for your reference.

3) 100% cancelation fee will be charged for “No Show Up” on the reserved date & time.
* “No Show Up” means not showing up to the meeting location without any notification to us.

4) Wearing bright color clothes for contrast to night sky in this tour is recommended. For example, white shirts and denim pants. Dark color clothes are not recommended.
